Shortened Vintage 70s Dress

This vintage 70s shirred dress originally went all the way down to the floor, but the skirt was a tube without any flare. This limited my step length, so I shortened it. I also had to replace the old elastic. With these adjustments, this dress has become a favourite of mine and I am looking forward to wearing it this summer.
